Here’s the thing: there’s a kind of safety in the shadows. Darkness keeps our fears hidden; they emerge only when we enter the light. To go into the light isn’t just about how you wish to be seen, it’s about facing what you don’t want to see, too. There’s an illusion, a sort of fraudulence in reaching for the light if you don’t include the darkness.
Let's explore the nondual nature of light and darkness, the nondual nature of our inner world, and the way we function in this world as human beings on our path to spiritual awakening and healing.
